Ingredients
1 apple (green apples work best)
1 tsp of honey
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tbsp water
1/3 cup Bask & Co. Almond & Coconut Granola Clusters
Greek yoghurt, custard, cream or ice cream to top
Directions
Chop apple into small bitesize pieces and pop into a small saucepan. Add honey, cinnamon and water to saucepan and cook on a medium heat until apples are soft and liquid has become syrupy.
Pop warm apples into a bowl and top with Almond & Coconut Granola Clusters and other toppings of your choice (I love it with vanilla ice cream!)
