Liquid of choice, depending on you customer base. It could be water, fruit juice or any type of milk. For this recipe, we love using coconut water.
Toppings of choice, we like mango, passionfruit half, coconut flakes, kiwi, and macadamia nuts. Other fun toppings are seeds, such as chia, cashew or almond, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, other fruits, like strawberry, pineapple or star fruit, lime zest, finger lime, and mint and edible flowers.

Directions
