Ingredients

Dragonfruit Smoothie Mix

Evergreen Smoothie Mix

1 cup of Coconut water

Half a cup of Coconut flakes

1/4 cup of macadamia nuts

Strawberries

Kiwi

Serves 2 – meant to share!

Directions

Blend the two smoothie mixes up separately with just enough coconut water to make them super thick and sorbet-like in texture.

Arrange the two colours into a bowl

Decorate with your coconut flakes, macadamias, strawberries and kiwis – Get creative! Think snowmen, Christmas Trees, presents and other Christmas-themed things.
